Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original crating and materials to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact our team to coordinate a white-glove pickup for oversized furniture.
